I have just launched a site called PhotoGeekNews.com. On the site I review photo accessories only geeks would love--wireless remotes, ring flashes, diffusers, etc. Most of the stuff I buy on ebay direct from China.
The reason I started the site was because of the uneven quality of photo accessories coming out of the Far East. Some stuff is real crap but other stuff is well made and offered at a good price. I hope to separate the good from the bad and make recommendations about products and vendors.
All the reviews are "hands on" and I test the products thoroughly before I recommend (or pan) them. There are also forums where fellow geeks can express their views.
For example, the off-camera shoe cord on the right is only $15 but I found it as well made as the Canon equivalent and a lot less expensive.
